Initial Period |

| 1987 |
Yeedon Enterprise Co. Ltd., the Chu-tang milling factory, and the Si Lo milling factory were established. |
| 1988 |
The headquarters, the Taipei Division, and Si-chou milling factory for increasing volume of production were established.

Kauhsiung Division, Tainan Division, Taoyuan Division, and Hsinchu Division were established. |
| 1990 |
The marketing department at headquarters was established and then the network of sale was complete. |

The volume of business increased; therefore, Sales Unit 2 at headquarters was established and Er-lun Division Factory were established.

Introduced low-temperature storage facilities,established grain storage center, and the management department at headquarters was established. |
| 1994 |
Established the first computerized accounting system for the factories in Taiwan’s rice industry. |

Developing Period |

| 1997 |
Established the first computerized accounting system for the direct sale divisions in Taiwan’s rice industry.

| 1998 |
Due to 921 earthquake, all low-temperature storage facilities were destroyed but repaired on site three months later. |
| 2000 |
Invested 200 million NT dollars to establish the most advanced and productive modern rice-milling factory in Taiwan and was issued CAS certificate. |

Established the first rice milling factory in Fujian,China and was the first one to test the Chinese market. |
| 2000 |
Established the “Grain Research Center”, Cai-Chun Factory to develop rice-related products for multifarious business. |

Established “Large Package of Rice Sales Unit” and production unit to increase volume of sale and marched to military and industrial industries.

We were issued ISO9001 certificate of stable quality and client’s satisfaction. |

Invested 30 million NT dollars in second grain-circulating dryer for a more precise quality control. |
| 2002 |
With Taiwan becoming an official WTO member, we were the first one to be qualified for bidding import rice.The first quota for private operation is 40%. |

First bidding for Taiwan government’s import rice is 94 thousand tons, and Yeedon took over 60%,a total of 56 thousand tons. |
| 2003 |
To fulfill needs of international business, the “International Trade Department” was established. |
| 2003 |
Developed products other than grains and imported culinary ingredient—sugar. |
| 2004 |
Established the “Professional Grain-Purchasing Unit”. |
| 2004 |
Developed products other than grains and imported culinary ingredient—salt. |
